naanu – a sensual world of scents, lasting moments of enjoyment and amazement over culinary delicacies.
Dhiraj Raut was born in Nepalese, has lived in Switzerland for 13 years and discovered his love of cooking later. Beginning with simple dishes for friends, over the years he has become a passionate cook for Nepalese cuisine. He has gained experience in various kitchens and caterings – Swiss, French, Indian. During this time, he has learned to prepare the Indian and Nepalese cuisine to European guests at home and thus wholesome.
Kamal Kishor was born and raised in India. After many stops as a cook in India, he worked as a chef in Bern and Schaffhausen.
Amarjit Sing also comes from India. After various stops in Indian restaurants in Portugal and Zurich, the trained chef joins our kitchen team.
Both chefs spoil our guests daily with their exclusive specialties and creativity.
As a motivated and experienced assistant cook, Jagadip Gurung complements the dynamic team at naanu.
