All cricket enthusiasts are welcome to join us at “MTSSC”, whether as players or spectators. Substantial investment over the last few years has resulted in much-improved facilities, such as new pavilion, covers and upgraded ground maintenance equipment. Our clubhouse has excellent bar and restaurant facilities.
About the Club
MTSSC is a recreational club based in Sudbury, North West London primarily focused on cricket. The club plays in the prestigious Middlesex County Cricket League, allowing enthusiastic adults and youngsters to engage with the game of cricket.
The club provides an inclusive, accessible and attractive playing pathway for current & prospective players. With six teams playing every weekend, we take pride in being able to provide excellent cricket facilities and coaching irrespective of age, race and abilities of the player. MTSSC follows a diverse and inclusive cricket policy.
Family Oriented Environment
Our greatest strength is our family atmosphere and the welcoming nature of players, coaches and committee members. We invite cricket enthusiasts to visit us with their families, relax in additional green spaces and watch a game of cricket or just use our bar facilities.
ClubMark
The club has been continuously accredited with the ECB “ClubMark” since 2012 and is affiliated to the ‘English Cricket Board’, the ‘Middlesex Cricket Board’ and the ‘Middlesex Colts Association’. The ClubMark accreditation and our affiliations demonstrates that we provide the right growth environment and are recognised as a safe and reputed place for developing cricketers of all ages, providing parents with the confidence that this is the right cricketing choice for their bright ones.
Teams
We have cricket sessions specifically tailored for adult teams and colt teams. The club runs 4 Saturday League teams who compete in the esteemed Middlesex County Cricket League, 2 Sunday XI’s and one social midweek XI.
The club has a vibrant colts’ academy home to over 80 colts, from U10 to U17, playing in the Middlesex Junior Cricket League. Our continuous determination to embrace local talent helps our junior cricketers brush up their skillset and play for the borough (Harrow) and county (Middlesex) – creating a pathway to professional and international cricket.
