We draw CAD plans for Extensions, Loft Conversions, Lease, and Change of use for both residential and commercial properties, and at highly convenient costs and within short time frames.
We also carry out Structural Calculations for our own projects as well as many large construction firms and other Architects’ firms.
We also, at your request, can act on your behalf in dealing with the local Councils, so just sit back and relax and let us take care of the legal implications. We can apply on your behalf for:

- Prior Approval applications
- Planning Permissions
- Building Regulations
- Public sewer Build over an agreement
We provide Advisory Services to Homeowners, Property Developers, Architects, Surveyors, Planning Consultants, Estate Agents, Legal Services, and Small Businesses. This is in addition to the Architectural services.
We combine the planning stages and the actual building work into one entity. This means we will carry out not only the planning work but will also manage the construction work. We have a multi-disciplinary team of qualified civil/structural engineers and have access to reputable contractors as well as a skilled workforce.
